FAQs
What happens when I book my first appointment? I will send you a short questionnaire to complete and return prior to your first appointment. The treatment is tailored specifically to your needs and may integrate a combination of techniques and therapies which I will explain to you beforehand. The specific methods will vary from person to person and the approach may vary as you progress. How many sessions will I need? This depends on each individual and the reasons for seeking treatment. Some conditions can be dealt with in one or two session whereas more complex cases are likely to take a bit longer. The key to change is your desire to make the change and willingness to participate in the treatment process. How long is each session and how can I find out more? Session lengths vary but are generally between an hour and an hour and a half in length, though timings are negotiable and agreed in advance. To find out more about this along with discounts and fees, please get in touch. When can I get an appointment? Appointments are available Monday to Friday daytime and some evenings (also occasional weekend appointments available). Off street parking is available. Are home visits possible? If you are unable to travel, a home visit may be possible - additional fees for time and travelling costs may apply. "So often times it happens,
that we live our lives in chains, and we never know we have the key." - The Eagles "You create your thoughts,
Your thoughts create your intentions, Your intentions create your reality." - Dr. Wayne Dyer |
